The Organizational Management Bachelor of Science offered by Roberts Wesleyan College is an online bachelor’s completion program that can be completed in approximately fifteen months. The Organizational Management major helps students to develop the skills and knowledge needed to be ethical and collaborative leaders. This program also has courses available on-campus, if a student lives in the North Chili area of New York.

A student is expected to have the equivalent of 60 credit hours of bachelor-level courses or relevant experience in order to follow in this program as designed. Courses such as Management of Non-Profit Organizations, which explores the differences between profit and non-profit businesses and concepts like accounting practices and fund-raising, are available for this program.
A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management could be used to transform and advance the way an individual approaches their career. Grades in this program are based on papers, presentations, and projects. The course of study in this program is pre-planned and based on the modular system of learning through online message and conversation boards. This program culminates in an undergraduate research project that should reflect the skills, knowledge, and competencies learned over the course of the student’s time of study.

Roberts Wesleyan College is a private, liberal arts college located in the town of Rochester, New York and affiliated with the Free Methodist Church. Its roots date back to the 1866 establishment of Chili Seminary, in order to prepare students for Christian service. Founded by B.T. Roberts, the New York Board of Regents issued a charter by 1869. The school continued to grow and evolve, and adopted its current title, Robert Wesleyan College in the 1950s. By 1964, the school was granted regional accreditation. At the end of the twentieth century, the college opened Northeastern Seminary, offering graduate divinity programs.
RWC offers undergraduate, graduate, and adult-learning programs, both in the traditional classroom setting and online. Online programs at Roberts Wesleyan College include bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and certificate programs.
