The Organizational Leadership with a focus in Leadership and Organizational Change certificate from Robert Morris University is a graduate-level online program intended for individuals looking to strengthen their professional skills by acquiring the competencies necessary to effectively participate in society’s organization. Finally, Leadership and Organizational Change is a class regarding what it means to change an organization from one state to another desired state. This course goes over how to convey the changes as positive and how to formally introduce projects for approval.
