Program Details

Rivier University offers an online substance abuse counseling degree, the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Substance Use Disorders track.  This track is designed for those who wish to help improve the quality of life for those suffering from substance use issues.  Courses are based on theory, research, and current perspectives on prevention and treatment.  You will learn to address the challenges associated with substance misuse, addiction, alcoholism, and drug dependence.  Graduates are prepared for careers in:
