Riverland Community College is an institution located in Austin, Minnesota, and is part of the larger Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System. RCC was founded in 1940 as Austin Junior College. The school later changed its name to Austin Area Vocational-Technical School to match the technology-oriented academics offered at the institution.
