Program Details

The online Certificate in Automation Technologies program provides students with the skills increasingly needed in modern high-growth, technology-intensive jobs, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations and advanced skills in electronic and automotive systems.  The curriculum covers topics including technical mathematics, introductory computer skills, print interpretation, manufacturing processes, quality control, maintenance and safety.  Coursework includes an advanced skill set of AC/DC power, digital electronics, analog circuits, and motor controls.

Requirements

  • Official high school transcript or GED certificate
  • Accuplacer or ACT scores (or evidence of successful completion of college-level math and/or English courses)
