The Criminal Justice Associate online degree program combines real-world research techniques with criminal justice theory and is delivered in a format designed to fit into students' current schedules. The instruction in the online Criminal Justice Associate's Degree program is designed to help prepare students with the skills they need to work at an entry-level job in criminal justice, including law enforcement, loss prevention, security, or corrections.

The Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice Program is designed to help students gain a deeper understanding of criminal behavior and the law enforcement system through an interactive, online learning environment. Topics covered in this online criminal justice associate's degree program include exploring law enforcement operations and community policing, communicating effectively in law enforcement, liability and ethics for the criminal justice professional, and cultural diversity considerations in the field of criminal justice.

The online Criminal Justice Associate's Degree program requires successful completion of at least 60 semester credit hours. This includes 45 semester credit hours in online associate's or lower-level coursework and 15 semester credit hours in general education coursework. The program is delivered in a system of six online 13-week semesters.
