- Applicants must have an associate degree in nursing or diploma nursing program, including prerequisites in anatomy, physiology and microbiology and less than 36 outstanding non-nursing semester hours.
- Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted or unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state in which the student’s clinical/practicum experience will be completed. One year of experience in nursing practice as a RN recommended.
- Applicants will need to submit a complete health history and physical examination record, including up-to-date immunizations.
- Requirements include current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care professionals certification.
