The B.S. in Human Resource Management degree teaches effective hiring and organizational management skills. Successful completion of the online program will equip students with knowledge in employment and recruiting, training and development, compensation, benefits, employee services, employee and community relations, personnel records, health and safety and strategic planning.
Students enrolled in the HR Management major will also have the opportunity to work in tandem with one of the College of Business and Economic's graduate degree programs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (from a regionally accredited high school) AND
- Transferable credit from a regionally accredited college or university AND
- Evidence of work experience
Applicants who do not meet each of these requirements may submit a letter of exception to the Assistant Dean of the CBE in which the applicant seeks to enroll.
