Program Details
The Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a concentration in Exceptional Education Executive Leadership focuses on problem and field-based activities that instill the needed competencies drawn from ISSLC, NPEA, and CEC. You will build upon past and current experiences to enhance leadership skills, focus on the issues confronting the field and gain opportunities to implement solutions within your current role and in preparation of future challenges. This concentration also bridges the gap between research and practice in the field, providing administrators with the knowledge, dispositions and skills from a Christian/biblical perspective to change the world for all exceptional learners (i.e., those identified with special education or other exceptional needs often unidentified).
