The Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Leadership & Management prepares nurses for leadership and executive-level roles in the healthcare field.  With this online nursing administration degree students gain the knowledge and skills needed to bring about positive and impactful changes to healthcare.  

The curriculum, anchored in Christian principles and values, prepares students to use strategic healthcare management and data-driven assessments to solve problems in nursing.  You will develop strong strategic and organizational leadership skills that will help improve policies that impact patient outcomes and staff relations.
