Program Details

The Human Resource Management (HRM) concentration explores the human resources (HR) function as well as the roles and functions found within an HR department. Courses emphasize the modern day importance of HRM and the view of HRM from the perspective of management and subordinate employees. Students explore practical situations, problem solving and legal issues, as well as training and development, staffing and strategy.

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited or approved institution; Official transcripts; Community Life form; Personal goals statement; Admissions essay; Writing sample; Professional resume or Curriculum Vitae; GRE/GMAT test scores (may be waived at the discretion of Admissions).
