All students undertaking the M.A. in Organizational Leadership (MOL) are required independently to demonstrate their scholarly ability at the master's level, rather than merely accumulate credits necessary to complete the program successfully. The online Servant Leadership concentration features 8-week courses, providing much flexibility in developing your course schedule.
