Regent's Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management will provide you with an understanding of how the recruitment, development and retention of employees contribute to and support an organization's mission, vision, strategic goals and objectives. You'll study various compensation and benefits plans, and learn how to apply professional, ethical and responsible entrepreneurial behaviors to management and human resources situations.
