Program Overview

The general management emphasis is designed for students who will launch careers in business or seek to gain key business skills that may be applied in other demanding professions such as government, ministry or the nonprofit sector. With a study of a broad range of topics, students will acquire the knowledge and skills to manage people and resources in a wide variety of organizations.

The emphasis on general management will enhance one's understanding of how business "works" but will also highlight specific business dynamics that are critical to the success of any organization. With a bachelor's degree in business from Regent University, graduates will be prepared for today's rapidly changing business environment and will serve more effectively as Christian leaders. Courses will include studies in accounting, communications, finance, marketing, human resources, and strategic management.

    School Overview

Dr. M.G. “Pat” Robertson had an inspired vision of establishing a graduate-level institution that would train capable men and women for the challenge of representing Christ in their professions. In 1977, his vision materialized—a 70-acre parcel of land in Virginia Beach, Virginia, was cleared, the foundation was poured for the university’s first building, and an institution was incorporated as “CBN University.” Regent's online undergraduate and graduate degree programs provide students with a best-in-class education grounded in faith.
