Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Leadership

Program Details

At Rasmussen College, the Human Resources and Organizational Leadership Bachelor’s degree-completion program prepares you for a career as an organizational leader in today's changing business environment. As a student in the program, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge employers value most, including a thorough understanding of such issues as workplace diversity, compensation and benefits, employment law and change management. Additionally, preparation for the highly valued Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification exam is built into your courses—and the application fee is covered in your tuition costs. Furthermore, this program allows you to earn your degree in as few as 18 months through six-week courses and a seamless transfer of the degree or credits you’ve already earned—regardless of your previous area of study.

Rasmussen College will reimburse the application fee for each first attempt of all the industry certification exams for which you qualify to take. Should you need to take an exam more than once to receive a passing score, you will be responsible for all subsequent exam application fees.

Time to completion is dependent on number of credits transferred and credits taken per quarter.
