Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education Leadership

Program Details

At Rasmussen College, the Early Childhood Education Leadership Bachelor's degree-completion program builds on early childhood education principles with leadership and administration skills. Choose one of two specializations—leadership and administration, or pre-kindergarten teacher—and begin preparing for a career as a learning center director, program director or preschool teacher with this non-licensure program. Along the way, you will develop teaching strategies as well as operational management and leadership skills that allow you to be a leader and advocate both in and out of the classroom. As a student, you will take courses from experienced faculty and complete 540 hours of applied learning in an internship setting. The career-focused curriculum is aligned to national standards. Courses are offered online and on campus to fit your schedule, and they can be completed in as few as 18 months.

Completion time is dependent on transfer credits accepted and courses completed each term.
