Associate of Science in Criminal Justice

Program Details

At Rasmussen College, the Criminal Justice Associate’s degree focuses on developing the critical-thinking and decision-making skills necessary for making life-or-death decisions in high-pressure situations. As a student, you’ll learn from seasoned professionals who deliver an evolving set of experiences to prepare you for life after graduation. You learn to assess situations through verbal and non-verbal communication cues and develop the skills to positively react to fast-paced and ever-changing scenarios. Along the way, you’ll develop relevant, real-world knowledge from courses in criminal law, juvenile justice, due process and ethics.

Choose online courses, residential courses or a combination of both so you can earn your degree on a schedule that fits your personal and professional lifestyle. Or, transfer your credits toward our Criminal Justice Bachelor’s degree.

Completion time is dependent on transfer credits accepted and courses completed each term.
