Associate of Arts & Sciences / Business Administration

Program Details

The online Associate of Arts & Sciences degree program with a specialization in Business Administration is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a baccalaureate degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration or Accounting. The curriculum is intended to provide sufficient flexibility to meet lower division requirements for business majors at a variety of colleges and universities.

Requirements

First-time distance learning students are required to attend the Distance Learning Orientation at the beginning of the semester.

  • Completed Virginia Placement Test (VPT) English and math test or qualifying multiple measures for placement
  • Official transcripts from any colleges/universities (other than VCCS colleges) if seeking transfer credit
  • Completed VCCS Transfer Evaluation Request Form designating any VCCS college attended if seeking transfer credit
