The Advanced Networking & Cybersecurity Career Studies Certificate from Rappahannock Community College is an online network administration degree that provides entry-level expertise in security.  This certificate is similar to Rappahannock’s online cybersecurity degree, the Basic Networking and Cybersecurity certificate but offers courses at a more advanced level.  Featuring both a theoretical and technical education in networking and cybersecurity, the curriculum provides the specific set of IT skills employers at a variety of companies are looking for to fight cybersecurity threats.  This includes routing basics, hacking, coding, e-commerce, and legal issues in the field.  In addition to preparing competent and confident professionals in this field, this certificate also prepares students for CompTIA Security + certification exams and can be used by current employees as an opportunity for continued education.  

This is a stackable credential for those completing the Basic Networking and Cybersecurity CSC.
