Quinnipiac’s flexible online RN to MSN program prepares nurses to serve as dynamic leaders who can manage high-quality care. The Master of Science in Nursing focusing on Operational Leadership allows students to gain expertise in both operational and point-of-care management.
The beginning part of the program emphasizes advanced nursing skills critical to improving the patient experience. Master’s-level coursework focuses on healthcare management and organizational dynamics.
