Program Details
The Leadership and Change concentration of the online Master of Business Administration program is available to managers at any level of expertise. Students will develop their own style of management utilizing AACSB-accredited tools and knowledge. The online organizational leadership degree covers foundational and advanced business topics, including but not limited to:
- Consulting
- Negotiation and conflict
- Organizational development
While the program is mainly online, there are some on-campus course requirements. Explore your weaknesses and strengths in leadership, and further develop your knowledge of leadership theories, transformational change, assessment, and more. Graduates from the organizational leadership degree online program are prepared for careers such as nonprofit director, management consultant, and senior project manager, to name a few.
