The McColl School of Business at Queens University offers an online MBA in Leadership and Change. As a mid-level manager or executive, you will improve your ability to interact and lead others within your organization. You will also learn the skills to seamlessly integrate change and innovation when it is needed. Queen’s MBA in Leadership and Change will redefine your management style and prepare you for your next promotion, step up to the executive board, or venture to run your own startup.
While 100% online for coursework, Queens’ MBA in Leadership and Change, requires an orientation residency stay on campus in Charlotte. Over this weekend, you will network with faculty, business leaders and most importantly, perhaps, build peer teams. You will then complete your online MBA in Leadership & Change with your peers through team-based learning.
