Program Details

The Organizational Communication Certificate from Queens University of Charlotte is a 15-credit hour certificate offered by the James L. Knight School of Communication. Courses in this certificate program are offered either online or on-ground in a flexible eight-week format. Students who complete the stackable 15 credit hour certificate, along with a Strategic Communication Certificate, will earn an M.A. in Communication.

The certificate in organizational communication will teach you the theory and practice of effective leadership and team building within a corporate setting to advance an organization's mission or goals. You will also be able to apply effective leadership principles and practices within a communication situation.
