Pulaski Technical College
Pulaski Technical College is a two-year, public institution of higher learning located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Pulaski Technical College was founded in 1945 as the Little Rock Vocational School under the Little Rock Public Schools supervision. In 1969, the school came under the supervision of the Arkansas Board of Vocational Education and changed names to Pulaski Vocational Technical School. The school became Pulaski Technical College in 1991 when the Arkansas Technical and Community College System was created. The core mission of Pulaski Technical College is “to provide access to high quality education that promotes student learning, to enable individuals to develop to their fullest potential and to support the economic development of the state.”
