Program Details

The online Certificate in Paralegal/Legal Studies program helps students prepare for careers as legal assistants who aid lawyers, working under the lawyers’ supervision, with procedural activities in the practice of law.  Students will learn about research, alternative dispute resolution, interviewing witnesses, and drafting motions, interrogatories, and pleadings.  Students are prepared to enter the workforce immediately in government agencies, corporations with in-house attorneys, and private law firms.
