Established in 1973, Presidio Graduate School was the first in the country to fully integrate sustainability into every course of its business-focused degree programs. In addition to core business skills, students gain insights into subjects including equity, social justice, thriving communities, and a healthy environment. The school’s primary goal is to produce graduates fully prepared and eager to take on some of the toughest challenges facing the world today.
Coursework encourages consideration of social, environmental, and economic systems in their business decision-making. Students learn to consider all aspects of a given situation, not just the financials, but also issues including workplace culture, societal costs and benefits, community well-being, supplier issues, and environmental stewardship.
Online classes are more than just lectures at Presidio Graduate School; students participate in breakout sessions, presentations, lively discussions, and team-based projects. The plentiful opportunities for virtual collaboration allow students to develop close working relationships and friendships with their fellow classmates.
