School Details
Phoenix College was founded in 1920 as Phoenix Junior College and was originally part of the Phoenix Union High School and Junior College District. The school became part of the Maricopa County Community College District in 1960. Phoenix College operates with the mission “to deliver a quality education that cultivates multicultural understanding and critical thinking skills while providing personalized support, care, and learning experiences needed for students to reach their goals” PC’s core values are collaboration, community, equity, integrity, leadership, and responsibility.
