Program Details

Pennsylvania State University World Campus offers a Master of Education in Special Education. This degree is for those who wish to work with students at risk or with special needs. Students can choose an emphasis in one of the following:

  • Academic and Behavioral Supports
  • Applied behavior Analysis
  • Autism

Requirements

  • Must hold either a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or a tertiary (postsecondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution
  • Minimum of three years of school related experience
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher 
  • Official transcripts from each institution attended
  • Three references
