How to win friends and influence people?  Or, how to win negotiations and influence your corporate bottom line?  With Penn State’s online MBA in Negotiation and Influence, you can gain the skills and leadership qualities to successfully persuade others.  This graduate degree utilizes a teaching foundation called ICE:  Integration, Collaboration and Engagement.  You will work as part of a team on projects and create business solutions together.  Your coursework may entail:

Penn State’s MBA program includes a 5-day residency course where you will meet members of your team – both faculty and your cohort.
