Pennsylvania State University World Campus offers a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Family Literacy. This program is designed for educators who want a literacy specialization to help young children understand language and its relation to success. Students strengthen their knowledge of literacy activities and engaging with other children in schools to learn.
- Must hold either a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or a tertiary (postsecondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution
- Junior/senior GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Official transcripts from each institution attended
