Pennsylvania State University World Campus offers a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Adult Basic Education. Students of this program learn strategies that help adult learners succeed in their studies. Coursework in this program includes areas of ESL, program planning, distance education, educational technology, or adult learning.
- Must hold either a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or a tertiary (postsecondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution
