Penn State World Campus, in partnership with the highly-regarded Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations, offers an online bachelor of science in labor and employment relations, aimed at preparing students for various types of careers in human resources, labor relations, training, recruitment, employment law, placement management, compensation and benefits, and occupational analysis. The bachelor of science in labor and employment relations offers the prescribed curriculum in labor and employment relations, with additional course electives in management, communications, and accounting, in order to prepare students for the more quantitative aspects of a career in the field of labor relations.
