Program Details

The online Foundation for Health Informatics Certificate program helps students understand an increasingly technology-driven health care environment.  The curriculum teaches students about electronic medical health records, explains how to lead teams through a health care informatics project, and describes how leaders can use health informatics to improve patient outcomes.


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Official transcripts
  • 2.0 minimum GPA
  • Valid unencumbered licensure, registration or certification in a related field
  • Resume detailing current employment in a relevant medical setting
