Human Resources Management - AS Degree
Penn Foster College offers an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management. Interested students do not need prior experience before applying for the Human Resources Management program. This program is best suited for individuals interested in becoming an assistant or specialist in human resources. Students start with a foundational understanding of human resources by learning various managerial techniques, business introduction, and Internet research.
Students can better customize their learning by the way of elective courses. Students will need to choose one elective in arts and humanities, and one elective in the general education category.
In Interpersonal Communication, students become more aware of how to increase their communications skills such as voice tone, gestures, and listening skills. The fourth semester of the program educates students on Business Statistics, Applied Research Skills, and Essentials of Psychology. All of these courses work to teach students in the Human Resources Management program the necessary knowledge needed for employment in the business and management field.
