Penn Foster provides students with the tools necessary to earn a Gourmet Cooking Certificate. This online program takes students through specialized courses designed to improve gourmet cooking skills to create exceptional dishes. Exploring the art of baking breads and desserts, students learn about the ingredients most often used in these items. In the final course, the students practice creating delightful sandwiches, breakfast items, and hors d’oeuvres using methods from around the world.
