Computer Support Technician
Many businesses rely on computer technicians to keep their business operating smoothly. Penn Foster offers a Computer Support Technician Diploma program featuring courses in PC repair, troubleshooting, operating systems, and customer service. Students learn foundational skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software, as well as virus protection and recovery on a variety of systems such as Windows, Vista, and Apple Computers.
