Patten University offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management. The MBA program is comprised of the advanced business courses of accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations management and in addition to the required courses from the management concentrations key concepts. Students can choose to excel in the management area of focus to best suit personal and career aspirations.
Students will delve into core courses that elaborate on essential topics of study in courses such as: Decision Analysis, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Managerial Accounting. Marketing, Managerial Finance, Business Law and Ethics, and more.
The purpose of earning a Master’s degree is to obtain higher positions in leadership and management career opportunities. Graduates who hold the MBA degree will be eligible for jobs that need the advanced education, knowledge and understanding of core business concepts. Students of the MBA program will use theory and application of business and management principles when competing for promotions or completing critical tasks.
Baccalaureate degree (Bachelor’s in Business preferred)
Undergraduate-level Microeconomics and College Algebra with a C- or higher (for students who do not have a Bachelor’s in Business)
