Patten University offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources. The Master of Business Administration is a professional degree recognized across all industries. Students first participate in an integrated curriculum examining the functional areas of business, then personalize management knowledge and skills by selecting a concentration, such as Human Resources. This concentration provides additional coursework in developing skills and managing and building high-performance teams and effective organizational structures in a diverse and global workforce. It is aimed at preparing graduates to take on transformative human resource leadership roles in global corporations and businesses.

Undergraduate-level Microeconomics and College Algebra with a C- or higher (for students who do not have a Bachelor’s in Business)
