Park University offers the Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology for individuals interested in psychology in the workplace.  This online master’s in industrial organizational (I/0) psychology is a specialty of professional psychology that focuses on human behavior relating to work.  The curriculum addresses equity, diversity, and inclusion as it pertains to all people and all aspects of the workplace.  You will learn to use science and statistics to analyze job tasks, select the best employees, train employees, rate employee performance, and determine factors that retain good employees.  Students also learn how to identify stressors at the job and find and develop great managers and leaders.  The goal of I/O psychology is to partner with workplaces to improve:
