Park University offers the Certificate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology for individuals interested in helping to create social justice in the workplace.  This online industrial organizational (I/0) psychology degree is a specialty of professional psychology that focuses on human behavior as it relates to work.  The curriculum addresses equity, diversity, and inclusion as it pertains to all people and aspects of the workplace.  Courses teach students to use science and statistics to analyze job tasks, select the best employees, train employees, rate employee performance, and determine factors that retain good employees.  Students also learn how to identify stressors at the job and to find and develop great leaders.  The goal of I/O psychology is to partner with workplaces to improve:
