Palo Alto University was founded in 1975 under the name of The Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. In 2009, the school officially reincorporated and changed its name from The Pacific Graduate School of Psychology to Palo Alto University and moved to a new campus. A total of 186 credits are required to complete this degree. Admissions requires completion of 90 quarter units or 60 semester units of transferable coursework from a regionally accredited university or community college. Minimum 2.0 GPA. Only college-level courses with grades of C or higher are transferable. Completed coursework must include a General Psychology course or comparable introductory level psychology course, and coursework must fulfill the CSU general education requirements.
