Leadership is an important ingredient in any organization, and this degree prepares graduates who lead with integrity and are able to communicate a vision while empowering employees to achieve this vision.  The curriculum is based on the idea that true leadership is a combination of education and God-given talent.  Courses, using collaborative learning, make the most of each student’s leadership potential by identifying their talents and using them to create positive change in the world.  The program is infused with Christian morals and values that lead to ethical business conduct.
