Program Details

Students in the Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Management program learn how to confidently lead teams in every business setting and at every level of management. With a concentration in Economics, students will study the decision-making role of business professionals and the impact of those decisions on external stakeholders and society in general. This knowledge will prepare students to become key participants in strategic planning initiatives.

Learn how to plan, budget, coordinate, and influence others in business settings. Coursework serves to enhance students’ skills in communication, problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution. Students will study classic and modern leadership theories and the behaviors of successful leaders.
