Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice program prepares students for careers in the criminal justice field or can serve as a foundation on which to build and complete a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice after transferring to a four-year institution.  The curriculum provides the knowledge and skills needed to serve and protect the public as law enforcement officers, corrections officers, youth services officers, probation and parole officers, and more at all government levels or in the private sector.  You will complete general education courses and courses in criminal justice, including:

  • Introduction to Criminal Justice
  • Police Patrol
  • Juvenile Delinquency
  • Criminology
  • Ethics in Criminal Justice

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
