Program Details

This online civil engineering degree is designed to help students become technological leaders in civil and environmental engineering. The curriculum prepares students to be master planners, designers, constructors, and managers of the built environment and stewards of our natural resources and the environment while emphasizing coastal engineering. The coastal engineering curriculum emphasizes advances in knowledge in topics unique to coastal environments, such as wave theory, soil erosion, and coastal resilience to sea level rise.
