Program Details

The Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences, an online nutrition degree, is designed for those interested in public health nutrition careers.  Learn to promote overall health and well-being in larger organizations through nutrition education.  This will include disease prevention, social media materials related to food safety, food system alterations, and public policy related to child dietary quality.  The curriculum provides a strong background in physical and social science, using nutrition to study human health.

Enjoy a flexible and individualized curriculum based on your career goals.  This includes hands-on experiences and service learning that offer a direct look at the profession so you can ensure that this is the career path you wish to take.  

If you are planning to pursue a career in Dietetics, you are encouraged to complete the in-person, traditional undergraduate program.
