Program Details

The Master of Science in Sports Management online degree combines your love of sports with your interest in business, preparing you for a variety of careers in the sports industry.  The curriculum is based on sport business, equipping students with an advanced knowledge and analytic base in management.  Courses are student-focused, connecting the theoretical frameworks of sport management, business, and other ancillary fields, with the fundamentals associated with effective practice in the field.  Experienced faculty teach students to lead ethically through coursework that looks through the lens of the Catholic and Dominican tradition.  In as little as 16 months students are able to complete a program that covers such knowledge and skills as:

• Sport Management theory and practices
• How culture and values shape the scope of sport in society
• Decision-making
• Microeconomics and Macroeconomics
