The online Certificate in Organizational Leadership prepares students to lead in various businesses and organizations.  Graduates are able to apply leadership theory and techniques within an organization.  Possible courses include Personal Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Leading Change, Global Leadership, and Leadership Communication.
