The master of science (M.S.) in education with a specialization in science education at the Fischler College of Education prepares educators in middle and secondary school classes. The master’s in science education program helps provide educators with knowledge of multiple science areas and skills to instruct students in science through a variety of learning techniques. Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP)
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) now administers both NCATE and TEAC accreditation. Current accreditation status under NCATE and TEAC for education programs will continue through the accreditation term, during which they will be CAEP Eligible.
