Master of Health Science

Program Details

The online Master of Health Science admits students who are already bachelor’s-prepared health professionals with diverse work backgrounds, interests, and life experiences, and who have demonstrated the ability to pursue positions in healthcare with more responsibility.  The curriculum emphasizes critical-thinking and decision-making while developing the students’ skills in analyzing published research.  The degree is divided into concentrations designed to fulfill the knowledge and skills for each student’s personal and professional career goals.

  • Higher Education
  • Health Law
  • Forensic Investigative Technology
  • Health Leadership

Requirements

  • The 43-credit Health Law concentration requires two residencies
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher (4.0 scale)
  • Prior health care or health care administrative/management experience
