Nova Southeastern University, primarily located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offers a Master of Health Science degree program. The M.H.Sc. is a post-professional degree designed for health practitioners, clinicians, and health care administrators to satisfy a wide variety of disciplines. Students of the M.H.Sc. are generally practicing care providers and recognize the importance of a health occupation that requires registration, certification, and/or licensure, or the possession of managerial experience in healthcare administration.

Students of the M.H.Sc. Students have the opportunity to complete the 37-credit-hour program by completing the required core courses in addition to following the specialized curriculum of a specific concentration. The M.H.Sc. degree is divided into a General, Sports Medicine, Higher Education, Health Law, Forensic Investigative Technology or Health Leadership program of focus. Each concentration is designed to fulfill the needed knowledge and skills for a student’s personal and professional career aspirations.
