Graduates of the doctoral program will be able to apply the learned foundations when seeking advanced positions within an educational organization or as the needed requirements to maintain a leadership position. The practical information, experiences and useful skills can be contributed to the continually evolving process of systems-based instruction using technology to assist with learning opportunities as well as learning processes. The graduate program is designed to set the standard for best practices in distance teaching and learning.
